AI Order Upload

Reads a customer order in any format, matches every line to your stock and the customer's own part numbers, applies their pricing and shows a colour-coded review. Available at the till and in Internal Sales.

AI Invoice Reconciliation

Parses supplier PDF invoices to lines and reconciles them against the purchase order, handling carriage, discounts, zero and negative lines. Combined multi-invoice PDFs are split automatically. Invoices can be assigned to a colleague, and the PDF is attached to the Xero bill.

AI questions, answered

What file formats does AI Order Upload support?

PDFs, images (JPG and PNG, including photographs of handwritten lists), spreadsheets (CSV, XLS and XLSX), Word documents and plain text. If a customer can send it, TABS can read it.

What do the colour-coded results mean?

Green means a confident match to a single stock item. Amber means multiple possible matches were found for staff to choose from. Red means no match was found and the line needs manual attention. Nothing is added to the basket until staff review and confirm.

What happens if the AI gets something wrong?

It never gets the last word. Every AI feature presents its results for a person to review, correct and confirm before anything is added to a basket, a purchase order or your product file.

What does the AI cost?

AI usage is metered per feature and shown on a usage page inside TABS, so you always see exactly what you use. Pricing for the AI features is agreed as part of your quote.

Does AI Invoice Reconciliation handle several invoices in one PDF?

Yes. It detects the boundaries in a combined multi-invoice PDF, splits it, and processes each invoice against its purchase order. Invoices can be assigned to a colleague with a "My Invoices" view, and the PDF is kept and attached to the Xero bill.
