How does picking route planning work?
We work with you to determine the best picking routes for your warehouse and configure the system accordingly. The system then generates optimised pick lists based on your layout, grouping items by location to minimise walking time. Pickers follow an efficient route through the aisles rather than criss-crossing the warehouse, which significantly speeds up order fulfilment.
Which courier services does TABS integrate with?
TABS integrates with major UK couriers, generating labels and tracking numbers from within the dispatch workflow. Once an order is shipped, customers are automatically notified by email, with the option to also send SMS notifications including a tracking link.
How are customers notified about their orders?
You have full visibility from order through to picking and dispatch. Customers are automatically emailed when their order is dispatched, and you also have the option to notify them by SMS. If there are any issues with an order, you can notify the customer by email or SMS directly from the system.
