Integration questions, answered

Do I need separate accounts with each courier?

TABS works with your own carrier accounts and contracts. Labels and tracking numbers are generated through those accounts from one despatch queue, and optional carrier rules pick the service by order value, postcode, country, hazardous contents and next-day requirement.

How does the Xero integration work?

It is a two-way API integration. Contacts, invoices, split payments and credit notes post to Xero; purchase bills post with the supplier PDF attached, using per-supplier nominal overrides; archived contacts are detected. Sage 50 is supported via Zynk for orders, customers, refunds and purchase orders.

Can you integrate with a supplier or service that is not listed?

Usually, yes. Most of the connectors on this page started as a customer request. Tell us what you need and we will scope it. Bespoke websites are fed directly from your TABS data.

Does the Shopify integration sync stock?

Yes. Products, stock and orders synchronise automatically, and fulfilments are posted back to Shopify when orders are despatched.

Are the card terminals really integrated?

Yes. DNA Payments and Windcave terminals receive the sale total from the till, so nothing is re-keyed. If a terminal is unavailable the till fails over to a standalone terminal, and interrupted payments are recovered. Card data never touches TABS.
